CoQuS Summer Internships

The Vienna Doctoral Program on Complex Quantum Systems (CoQuS) welcomes talented and motivated students to apply for summer internships in any of the CoQuS research groups during summer 2020.

You will be offered the opportunity to

  • Explore topical research questions in complex quantum systems
  • Interact with leading experts in quantum foundations and applications
  • Gain hands-on work experience in cutting-edge laboratories and join disucssions on novel theoretical approaches
  • Discover the scientific culture in Vienna

You will be expected to

  • Delve into the body of knowledge of your preferred research group
  • Actively participate in project tasks
  • Hone your scientific, technical and communication skills

Specifics of the CoQuS Summer Internships

Duration

Up to three months between July and September 2020

 

Location

CoQuS and CoQuS associated research groups can be based at either of the following institutions:

  • University of Vienna
  • TU Wien
  • IST Austria

Eligibility Criteria

Completed Bachelor degree in Physics and related disciplines or equivalent
